Yes, you heard that correctly, these superfood protein balls are going to be your go-to snack! The problem will be is trying to stop after one. 🙌 🍋
½ cup shredded coconut
½ cup of macadamia nuts
½ cup of cashews
3/4 cup of almond meal
Two scoops of ZinoBiotic+ (12g)
¼ cup of cashew nut butter
2 tbsp of BalanceOil+ Premium
Zest of 1 lemon
Squeeze of ½ lemon
¼ cup of rice malt syrup
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1. Add macadamia nuts and cashews into processor and blend for 5 seconds.
2. Add the rest of ingredients into a food processor and process until you reach a crumbly broken-down mixture. You can add 1 tbsp of water to mixture if needed.
2. Roll into balls – depending on how small or large you make them you’ll end up with anywhere between 16-22 balls.
3. If desired, coat balls in shredded coconut or extra lemon zest.
4. Place in fridge for an hour and enjoy.
